ingredients
400g (14oz) The Co-operative strawberries*, hulled
1 tbsp icing sugar
750ml bottle Prosecco or other sparkling wine, chilled
* alternatively use 2 stoned peaches or nectarines instead of strawberries
method
Place the strawberries in a blender and pulse to a purée. Add the icing sugar and blend again. Sieve to remove the seeds.
Divide the purée among the glasses, then fill each with sparkling wine. Serve immediately.
