ingredients

8 x The Co-operative reduced fat British pork sausages
3 tbsp of The Co-operative Fairtrade Mexican clear honey
Juice and zest of 1 orange
1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
1 tbsp of freshly chopped parsley
8 x The Co-operative Charlotte potatoes
2 corn on the cobs

 

method

Mix the honey, orange juice and zest and parsley together; set aside.

Bring a medium-sized pan of water to the boil. Pop the potatoes into the water and cook for 8 minutes. After 4 minutes, add the corn to the pan and continue to cook. Drain and leave to cool slightly.

Cut each corn on the cob into 4 pieces, slice the sausages in half and then thread on to skewers (pre-soaked in water for 30 minutes) along with the potatoes.

Brush half of the honey mixture over the kebabs. Cook for 10 minutes under a preheated grill, turning occasionally. Once cooked, brush with the remaining glaze and serve with a crisp salad.
