Summer sangria


serves 8-10


preparation time:
10 minutes + chilling 


ingredients

750ml bottle medium red wine
500ml (18fl oz) The Co-operative pure orange juice
50ml (2fl oz) The Co-operative navy rum
50ml (2fl oz) The Co-operative Napoleon brandy
Orange and lemon slices, plus wedges of apple to serve
Ice cubes

 

method

Mix together the wine, orange juice, rum and brandy in a large jug and chill for at least 20 minutes.

Divide the fruit between tall glasses, add ice cubes and pour over the sangria.
