The Ripple Effect offers members the chance to gain a greater understanding of The Co-operative family of businesses and co-operative ways of working.
Through a mix of presentations and group activities, we will take a look at what co-operatives are and what makes us different from other businesses.
But, more importantly, these sessions will explain how you, as a member, can get more involved! Whether it’s taking simple steps to change the way you shop, by buying toiletries and household products that are not tested on animals or even just making sure that your membership vote counts – there are a whole range of ways our members can take small actions. Join us and be part of the ripple effect because collectively, those small actions really can make a world of difference.
