Values & Principles Committees
Values and Principles
Each of our seven regions has a Regional Values & Principles Committee, as well as a Regional Board. These committees work with the regional membership teams to:
- Bring the National Membership Strategy to life in their
- Ensure that our Co-operative values and principles are applied in respect of member and community activities across the region
You can stand for election onto your Values & Principles Committee if you are a member of your Area Committee (or Northern Ireland Members' Council) or your Regional Board.

Each of our Regional Values & Principles Committees elects one representative to our Group Values & Principles Committee. This national committee also has some members from The Group Board and from other bodies.
