1. What is your current involvement in The Co-operative?
My current position with the Co-operative Bank is Customer Service Advisor.  My position involves direct customer support, from incoming calls from our banking customer.  I provide evening customer support.

2. What qualifications and/or experience do you possess that are relevant to the position of area committee member?
From a very early age I worked as a motor vehicle mechanic.  Moved into management, further into purchasing and supply after having a family and worked and studied Early years and Sociology, working further in high school.  Later for family support I studied counseling, then sign language.

3. What other qualities would you bring to the role of area committee member?
Greatest achievement being a Mum:  Have learnt so much and enjoy teaching them.  During my career: have worked across many services, have developed passion for society, communities and our planet.  Especially my part and the part others play in making it a good place to live and nurture our children.

4. What aspirations do you have for The Co-operative?
I have great aspirations for my family and its own future, but this would be very lonely without our neighbours, friends, local businesses and organizations.  I would envisage many people feeling the same about their families and to all be a part of a greater group, sharing a future and time together.  Encouraging others to become a part or even to feel the same about their families is something special.
