1. What is your current involvement in The Co-operative?
I have served the Society in various roles and am currently an Operations Manager in the Leeds/Bradford area. I am also a committee member on the West Yorkshire committee.

2. What qualifications and/or experience do you possess that are relevant to the position of area committee member?
Area Committee member for the past six months which has enabled me to be open minded as to the role and the qualities. Through my experience as store manager/operations manager I have worked closely with various communities, groups, etc, fully understanding their needs and aspirations.

3. What other qualities would you bring to the role of area committee member?
In my current role I am in contact with many organisations. I have been involved in many projects in a short period of time to help raise the awareness of diversity/fairtrade and environment. I feel well placed to take an active role within the community hopefully bringing a different outlook. 

4. What aspirations do you have for The Co-operative?
I would like the Co-operative Group to be recognised as one of the leading businesses within the community promoting its ethical policies, values and principles, stakeholder group and its point of difference to the wider population.
