Member Delegates
With effect from 2009, the position of Member Delegate exists in each Area within the Group. Member Delegates are elected each autumn, at the Half-Yearly Members' Meetings.
They accompany their Region's delegation to Group General Meetings (held in Manchester) in an observer capacity. Their term of office is a year, which covers the Group Half-Yearly Meeting in October/November and the Group's Annual General Meeting the following May.
Member delegatges are required to provide feedback to the Area Members' Meeting at the end of their term of office, at which time their successor is appointed.
