Members will receive 250 membership points when you appoint The Co-operative Legal Services to handle your conveyancing (either to purchase a property or to sell one). Sell one property and buy another and we will double the points to 500 if you appoint us to handle both transactions.†

If you sell and buy another property using our Conveyancing service, we will award you with 500 membership points if completion is after 1st July 2009. Points will be allocated to a single member irrespective of joint allocations.
