Booking Extras
In order to qualify for these booking extras, you must be a member of The Co-operative Group prior to making the booking and present your membership card at the time of booking. Membership points will currently not be earned on travel money transactions. Offers can only be redeemed and points can only be earned from The Co-operative Travel branches, call centres, online transactions at www.co-operativetravel.co.uk, Cumbria Cruises and Future Travel. Franchise and managed service branches are currently excluded from the membership scheme.
Free carbon offset
The membership card holder can choose to offset the carbon that their holiday flight emits for free as their free gift, wherever in the world they are travelling to (maximum cost to Australia is £45). If the cost to do this for the lead passenger (or membership card holder) is less than £10, the free gift can be extended to the other members of the party to a maximum value of £10. Any additional carbon offset requirements must be paid for by the customer.

Preferential exchange rates
In order to receive the 1% discount on travel money orders, the member must show proof of travel to show they have a valid current travel booking to a minimum value of £400 per person, and they must be a member at the time of the transaction. This offer applies to currency notes only on buy and sell transactions. The rate will be calculated at the time of the transaction. The maximum transaction amount to which the offer can be applied is £1,000 per booking. The member must adhere to all payment and ID guidelines. Members will not earn points on travel money transactions.
