Where is my share of the profits?
The share of the profits distribution starts on the 20 November and members will be receiving payments through November. If you are paid directly into a bank account you can expect this payment to be in your account in or around 30 November. If you are due a payment and have not received your statement by 3 December, please contact the Membership Helpline on 0800 023 4708.
How will I know if I’ll be receiving a share of the profits and how much can I expect?
A quick and easy way to find out how much you’ve earned is by signing into the membership website www.co-operative.coop/membership where you will be able to log in to your account to see how much you’ve earned. How much you earn depends on how much profit we make through the year and how much you spend with us – we work out your share depending on the amount of points you’ve earned.
