Have a quiet, private word with the pharmacist

As a community pharmacy we pride ourselves on offering great service to our customers. If you have any health concerns please speak to our qualified Co-operative Pharmacists.

Many of our pharmacies now have private consultation rooms where you can discuss your health related issues with a Co-operative Pharmacist in the strictest confidence. We are creating even more consultation rooms to bring this service to as many communities as possible.

If you are unable to see a Co-operative Pharmacist face to face, you will find plenty of useful health information such as our health advice directory a-z of common topics, health services and checks available in branch, and advice on health during this season such as colds and flu.

Chaperones

The Co-operative Pharmacy is committed to providing a safe and comfortable environment for both our patients and pharmacy colleagues. For the peace of mind of everyone, when using our consultation room, it may sometimes be necessary to have a chaperone present. A chaperone provides a safeguard against allegations of verbal, physical or sexual abuse, for both patients and pharmacy colleagues. You are entitled to have a chaperone present during any consultation where you feel it may be necessary. Your chaperone may be a family member or friend, or you may choose to have an additional, trained member of the pharmacy team present.
