Tracey Moloney responds on plans to introduce new special divorce courts for money disputes

06 December 2017

Tracey Moloney, head of family law at Co-op Legal Services:

''I see the move as a positive one, especially as it will enable judicial continuity which is important in financial cases following divorce.

''The introduction of specialist courts and judges has the potential to speed up the whole divorce process.

"If we have courts dedicated to separations with complicated financial disputes, more cases can get through the system and be dealt with in a timely and productive manner.''
