Further comments from your Council: Your Council takes significant interest in the Remuneration Committee's Report and Policy of the Board. Through the Ethics & Social Responsibility Sub Committee, Council has consulted with the Remuneration Committee and Executive. Matters such as annual incentives for all colleagues, pay ratios and gender pay gap reporting are, amongst other things, subject to ongoing consultation.
