Member Nominated Directors

Member Nominated Directors (MNDs) make sure your voice is heard at the highest level. Just like the Executive Directors and the Independent Non-Executive Directors, they're part of the Board, but the difference is that they’re chosen directly by you.

All our Directors need to demonstrate a strong commitment to the values and principles of co-operatives. They must also have a strong commercial background and have proven skills and capabilities.

The Board together determines the strategy of the Co-op and MNDs play a key part in this, ensuring that the interests of members are at the heart of everything we do.
