My aim is to both help and see the Co-op run for the benefit of all interests, employees at all levels, members and our chosen local good causes. With a career mainly at Board level as a Finance Director I believe I can see and understand the problems. My role has been to then suggest solutions. That’s the difficult part and the challenge.
