I am a committed co‑operator with a strong background in governance, finance and strategic leadership. I currently serve as a Board Member of Lincolnshire Co‑op. Alongside this, I am a Non‑Executive Director at Lincolnshire Housing Partnership and an Independent Panel Member for the Civil Aviation Authority, where we provide advice regarding air travel insolvency protection.

My career has spanned senior roles in finance, transformation and regulatory delivery, including leading major programmes in financial services. I am a qualified management accountant with a Master’s degree in Strategic Quality Management and I have a long‑standing interest in process improvement, fairness and member‑focused governance.

I am passionate about strengthening co‑operative impact across communities, particularly where food, housing and long‑term wellbeing intersect. As a disabled leader and advocate for equity, diversity and inclusion, I am committed to ensuring diverse voices are heard and represented. I look forward to contributing to the National Members’ Council and supporting the continued success of the Co‑operative Movement.
