As someone with more than 20 years’ experience of delivering leadership and organisational change, I believe these skills are valuable in ensuring that stakeholders can operate in an innovative and sustainable way. I feel that all businesses should demonstrate social responsibility. If elected, I would relish the opportunity to be part of the Co-op family and utilise my experience to support employees and members to take part in all local and national initiatives ethically.
