I worked for the Co-op for almost ten years, starting my career as a customer team member in my local store and moving up to a field operations manager looking after our food stores and communities. I’m passionate about leading people to work towards our vision and strategy to deliver our best version of Co-op. I also have qualifications in Business Management, which I studied for alongside my time working at Co-op.
