I have now worked for the Co-op for over 20 years and have never felt more passionate about our values and ethics. I believe Co-op is more relevant today than ever, with the retail landscape changing towards environmental impacts such as our carbon footprint, plastic usage, and giving back to local communities. In addition to this, being at the forefront of action to support violence against retail workers is a key driver.
