Plan for the day

8:30am: Doors open for registration and networking. Visit our Co-op Marketplace and see what our businesses have been up to, or speak to our Directors and Leaders before the meeting.

10:30am: The AGM. Hear a review of the year from our Chair, CEO, Council President, and others. This is your chance to ask a question of the Board and have your say by voting on our Motions.

1:30pm (approx.): Meeting closes.

Join us Online

On the day of the meeting, you'll be able to join in online via Zoom, receive key information, business updates and hear our plans for the future. You'll also be able to ask questions in real time. If you are joining us online, you will need to vote online ahead of the meeting as set out in your email or postal vote and register your attendance with us.

How to vote if you're joining us online

If you are joining us online you will not be able to vote on our Motions, Member Nominated Director Election or Council Members' Elections on the day.

All votes must be received by midday on 15 May 2023. This can be done either online using the two voting codes provided in your email or postal pack, or by the ballot form included in your postal pack.

Join us in Person

Join us in the Auditorium at Manchester Central, Petersfield, Manchester, M2 3GX.

Don't forget, if you're coming to our AGM, you'll need your Co-op Membership card and another form of ID like a credit card or your driving licence to show you're eligible to attend.

How to vote if you're joining us on the day

On the day you will be able to vote for our Motions, however your votes for our Member Nominated Director Election and Council Members' Elections must be completed online by midday on 15 May 2023 using the two voting codes provided in your email or postal pack or by completing and returning the ballot form received in your postal pack.
