My professional career spans over 18 years with the Co-operative Group, where I worked across multiple trading businesses, gaining insight into retail, operations, and member engagement. This experience has strengthened my passion for promoting ethical business practices and ensuring that member voices remain at the heart of decision-making. I work for the 2nd largest pharmacy chain in the UK, driving new technology and digital transformation across the pharmacy industry.
