You are welcome to join us in person at Co-op Live (Vertu Place, Co-op Live, Gibbon Street & Alan Turing Way, Manchester M11 3DU) where we will be holding this year's AGM.
Bags and Luggage The venue doesn't allow large bags into the venue for security reasons. You will be allowed to take small handbags in with you, as long as they are no larger than A4 in size.
For bags bigger than A4, we will be facilitating a free bag drop which will be located in a portacabin in Official Blue Car Park on the Etihad Campus. Our Volunteers will be able to direct you to the bag drop.
Attendance
Please keep in mind that only eligible member owners will be admitted into Co-op Live. If you are eligible to vote this year, you can register your attendance via your AGM email invitation, via your postal pack or by emailing us at agm@coop.co.uk.
If you are not eligible to vote but would still like to get involved, you are welcome to join us at Canalside Café where we will be live streaming the AGM. If you would like to attend the Café please register with us.
Plan for the Day
8:30am: Canalside Café (Co-op Live)
Join us for networking, refreshments and a chance to make your voice count in the latest activities from around Co-op. This will be a great space to network with other members and speak to our Directors and leaders before the meeting begins. There will be member exclusive goodies up for grabs.
09:30am: AGM Registration Opens Entrance E, Co-op Live.
10:00am: AGM
Hear a review of the year from our Chair, CEO, CFO and Council President. This is your chance to ask the Board questions and have your say by voting on our motions.
11:45am: Members' Discussion
Have your chance to guide our Co-op on tackling things you care about. More information on our Members' discussions will be published on our website.
12:45pm (approx): Meeting Closes
Voting
If you are joining us in person at Co-op Live you will be able to vote on the day. Similarly to last year, you will be able to vote on the day at the venue from your smartphone or tablet.
Please bring a smartphone or tablet that can connect to WIFI and has a working camera to scan a QR code.
As you will be using your own device, we recommend:

Bringing an alternative device (such as a tablet that has a working camera and can connect to WIFI)
There will not be charging stations available for you to charge your device at the venue.
If you do not own a smartphone or tablet don't worry, one will be provided at the venue and you will still be able to cast your vote.
