Mahalia Flasz (Colleague Council Member)

As a Co-op colleague whose also been part of Co-op Young Members’ Group, National Members’ Council and Co-op Foundation Trustee, I’ve been able to really understand our Co-op and place our values and principles at the heart of all we do. I see issues through the lens of a colleague and a young member, offering different perspectives and solutions and I’m passionate to share my views and represent other members to help our Co-op.
