2023 Interim Results Update

Further to the announcement of our 2023 Interim Results on 21 September 2023, the Co-operative Group Interim Report 2023 is available on our website at: https://www.co-operative.coop/investors/reports.

We also note that in the RNS announcement on 21 September 2023 setting out our 2023 Interim Results, a portion of the interest-bearing loans and borrowings that are current liabilities were incorrectly reported as non-current liabilities.

The corrected information appears on page 50 (“Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheet”), 52 (“Group Net Debt”), and 63 (“Interest-Bearing Loans and Borrowings”) of the Interim Report published on our website. There is no impact on any of the other information reported.
