- Bonmarché ‘store in store’ concessions open in Co-op stores from the South coast of England to Scottish Islands – with launches in Plympton; Hereford, Prudhoe and Stornoway.
Co-op and Bonmarché are strengthening their partnership with the launch of four new in-store concessions, it has been confirmed today.
A new Bonmarché store launches this week inside Co-op’s Stornoway store which follows the opening of Bonmarché ‘store within a store’ concessions inside Co-op stores in Plympton (Devon); Hereford and Prudhoe (Northumberland) over recent weeks.
The move enables value womenswear fashion retailer Bonmarché to bring its latest collections direct to more communities. The new stores showcase the latest range of inspirational fashion for real women, everything from wardrobe essentials and fashion staples to nightwear, accessories, and footwear.
The stores also feature exciting new collections from their brand ambassadors, Lisa Snowdon and Lorraine Kelly, as well as their everyday luxury brand Dash and casual lifestyle brand Autonomy.
Amanda Waterfield, Bonmarché Retail Director, commented:
“We're delighted to announce the opening of four new Bonmarché concessions within Co-op stores in Hereford, Prudhoe, Plympton and Stornoway.
“This new 'store in store' concept allows us to showcase our full fashion offering, including our latest collections and exciting celebrity collaborations.
“We’re excited to become part of these new communities and offering customers stylish womenswear at exceptional value. This new partnership also reflects our continued investment in the local high street, with over 225 Bonmarché stores across the UK, and we want to give a huge thank you to all the teams involved.”
Kevin Buchan, Head of Partnerships, Co-op, said:
“We are delighted to grow our partnership with Bonmarché, and to work with them to unveil their latest in-store concessions. Co-op is committed to backing high streets and communities, and we work to ensure our stores are more than just a shop. We aim to create a destination in communities combining great quality products, value and deals along with a range of added services – all at the heart of local community life.
"Providing a home for Bonmarché inside the local Co-op enables Bonmarche to bring its latest value fashion collections to the community, while providing a new store, employment opportunities and additional consumer choice locally."
Broadcaster and author Lisa Snowdon joined the Bonmarché team as Brand Ambassador in 2025. Her approachable style and passion for fashion make her the perfect partner for one of the UK’s leading womenswear retailers. As part of the openings the stores are also showcasing the NEW Holiday Edit by Lisa Snowdon, available exclusively at Bonmarché, her first-ever swimwear and capsule holiday wardrobe collection.
TV personality and Brand Ambassador Lorraine Kelly has worked with Bonmarché since 2023. Her latest ‘Lorraine Loves’ fashion collection features stylish, figure-flattering designs created for women of all shapes and sizes.
This latest development takes the number of Bonmarché concessions in Co-op stores to five, following the launch of a first concession in Louth in 2024. The two retailers have ambitions to continue to work together to grow the partnership.
