Co-op Insurance has been named Personal Lines Broker of the Year at this year’s British Insurance Awards.

The awards, hosted by Insurance Post, aim to showcase those companies that are driving innovation in the industry and positively transforming the world of insurance.

Nominees are shortlisted across 29 open categories, and winners announced at the event – held at London’s Royal Albert Hall on July 5 – with Co-op Insurance coming out top within their category.

Charles Offord, Co-op Insurance Managing Director, said: “We are absolutely delighted to be named Personal Lines Broker of the Year at this year’s British Insurance Awards.

“These awards are made up of some of the leading providers in the industry, and so it is fantastic to not only be nominated, but also come away as a winner in this category.

“Winning this award really demonstrates the hard work of the entire team here at Co-op and the focus we have on making sure our customer’s needs are fully met.”
