Co-op opens the doors of its newest store today (Friday, 21 August) welcoming members and customers of the community into their new Fulham Palace Road Co-op.

The brand new store opens between 7am-11pm daily, and at nearly 3,000 sq ft conveniently offers Co-op’s extensive range and choice of fresh and healthy products, meal ideas, food to go, Fairtrade products; bakery, award winning chilled beers and wines, world foods and Costa coffee – food for every moment, now, or for later.

Situated close to Charing Cross Hospital, the store – located at 108-114 Fulham Palace Road (W6 9PL) - creates 15 new jobs and also includes a range of added services to make everyday life easier for busy consumers and commuters, including payment services via PayPoint and parcel collection through DPD.

The online home delivery of groceries is offered via Co-op’s own online shop – shop.coop.co.uk – and through Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat, with orders picked fresh in the local store and delivered quickly and conveniently in the community.

There are offers, deals and promotions throughout the store – which currently includes two stone baked pizzas and a tub of Ben and Jerry’s for just £5 for members*.

Member price savings create additional value for Co-op members who can save more with lower prices on the everyday essential products shoppers buy most.

Soft plastic recycling is available so shoppers can return and recycle materials that are often not universally accepted via household kerbside recycling, such as crisp packets and bread bags, lids from ready meals, biscuit wrappers and, pet food pouches.

Committed to backing British agriculture, all of Co-op’s own meat, poultry and dairy is 100% British – including in its pies, ready meals and sandwiches.

Fairtrade products are available across the store supporting farmers, workers and their communities around the world who grow and produce products and ingredients for Co-op.
