Co-operative Legal Services announces new partnership with Opal
15 June 2015
The Co-operative Legal Services (CLS) has this week announced the launch of a new service to its customers through a partnership it has formed with Opal Financial Management Limited.
Opal, founded in 2013 consists of a national team of Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs). The partnership will enable CLS to introduce clients, who require financial advice and planning after having received an inheritance, to Opal.
Ian Powell, Marketing & Business Development Director for The Co-operative Legal Services said:
"Often beneficiaries have a need for advice and guidance on how best to manage and invest any inheritance, and will have many questions and concerns about what is best for them. Our partnership with Opal will enable us to put our clients who require financial planning in touch with an organisation that we trust and with the same emphasis on clients’ needs as CLS."
Nick Howell, Managing Director of Opal Financial Management commented:
“We aim to provide high quality, independent financial advice to clients, helping to streamline the financial decisions many beneficiaries face, following the loss of a loved one.”
“As we continue to develop and grow our business it is important that we continue to offer our clients a wide range of services that add value and assist them at ‘key moments of need’. Our partnership with Opal will enable us to do just this”
