Co-op's top marks for customer service

The Co-op’s online electrical retailer has been awarded ‘Gold’ status for its customer service by the global customer service feedback engine Feefo.
Feefo invites customers to send feedback on service levels and the quality of the products, and it is this feedback that makes up the service rating. This feedback appears on both the retailer’s and Feefo’s website instantly, providing real-time unfiltered comment and opinion.
