The store - which supports 11 local jobs and currently has vacancies open for retail positions – has been ‘transformed’, including new refrigeration throughout, which increases the fresh, chilled and frozen range, and also supports Co-op’s work to further cut its carbon footprint. Back of shop improvements have also been carried out and are designed to enable colleagues to better serve the community and, further enhance the shopping experience.

The new-look store has a focus on food-to-go and meal deals; Fairtrade products, pizzas, flowers; ready meals, award winning beers and wines and, everyday essentials.

Quick and convenient online home deliveries of groceries are available through Just Eat and Deliveroo – with orders picked fresh in the local store and delivered quickly in the community. Payment service are offered in store via PayPoint.

Member price savings create additional value for Co-op members, with personalised deals and offers for members and, lower prices on the products shoppers buy most.
