Redemption of Loan Notes

Co-operative Group Limited announces that redemption proceeds will be paid to holders of its 11% Final Repayment Subordinated Notes (ISIN: GB00BFXW0630) and 0% Instalment Repayment Subordinated Notes (ISIN: GB00BFXWHQ29) (together the ‘Securities’) whose names appear on the respective registers as at close of business on Friday 5 December 2025 (the ‘Record Date’). Settlement of the redemption monies will occur on Monday 22 December 2025, i.e. the first business day following the 20 December 2025 (the “Redemption Date”).

The London Stock Exchange will suspend the admission to trading for the Securities from 07.30am on Monday 8 December 2025, pending redemption.
