The Co-operative Food plans new store in Northampton

The Co-operative Food has announced plans to open a new convenience store in Northampton, creating around 15 new jobs.
The new 2,000sqft food store will open in the town next month, on the site of the former Goodman Carpets store at Oulton Rise.

The Co-operative, which has nearby stores on Newnham Road, Kingsley Park Terrace, Bushland Road and Birchfield Road East, is owned by its members, who play an active role in the business and in the communities in which it trades. This includes the allocation of money from The Co-operative Membership Community Fund, which is distributed to local good causes.
