A Yeovil Co-op and Post Office re-launches with a fresh new-look and improved services following an extensive six-week programme of works and improvements.

The store – which is located in Stiby Road, Westfield, and supports 13 local jobs - has been ‘transformed’ with a brand new look and layout.

Relaunching following the extensive investment programme, the store includes Post Office services; Costa Coffee Express; bakery and, increased focus on fresh and healthy products. This sits alongside food-to-go and meal deals; Fairtrade goods; pizzas; flowers; ready meals, award winning wines and beers and, everyday essentials. The latest refrigeration not only cuts Co-op’s carbon footprint, but also enhances the store’s fresh, chilled and frozen range.

The online home delivery of groceries is offered through Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat – orders are picked fresh in the local store and delivered quickly and conveniently locally, often in as little as 60 minutes or less.

Self service tills have been added, providing extra ease, speed and convenience, especially at busier times.

Member price savings create additional value for Co-op members who can save more with personalised offers, deals and promotions and, lower prices on the products shoppers buy most.

Soft plastic recycling is available in store, making it easier for shoppers to return harder to recycle materials such as crisp packets and bread bags, lids from ready meals, biscuit wrappers and, pet food pouches.

Customer car parking is also available.
