Claire Davies

Claire was appointed as Secretary of the Co-operative Group on 3 March 2014. Claire joined the Group from Lloyds Banking Group where she was Company Secretary. She is a solicitor with over 28 years’ experience in a variety of legal, compliance and company secretarial roles.
