Mike Hastilow

I am currently Chairman of The Southern Co-operative (TSC), its Governance Committee, Remuneration Committee and Pension Scheme Trustees . I am a member of the Institute of Directors. As Chairman I’m working with the Board and colleagues to ensure that TSC’s governance structure is fit for purpose as TSC grows in scale and complexity. I have also been instrumental in continued investment not only in bricks and mortar, but of our most valuable resources, our people. As a lifelong believer in Co-operative Values and Principles I hope to support the Members’ Council in re-establishing these in a challenging commercial competitive world.
