Nicolette Ester

I am an elected member of the Co-operative National Members’ Council, hoping to bring fresh ideas to help the Group engage with younger members. I have always been passionate about empowering young people within society and businesses: working with the UK Youth Parliament, UK Youth Bank, Diana Award and the Saltire Foundation in Scotland. It was this passion that has led me to become involved with the Co-operative, releasing what could be achieved for the next generation by living and breathing the Group’s unique set of values and principles.
