I have been a co-operative food manager for 4 years and in the management team for 3 years previous to this, during this time I have seen the co-operative change dramatically with some good and some more challenging times, I firmly believe the co-operative is heading in the right direction and that the council are responsible for insuring its success. I would like to see the co-operative really get back to its roots and start shouting about what we do and why we are different to the competition.
