This role interests me because after 34 years in Retail Banking and achieving a senior position, I have experience of Boards and recognise the need for a Board working in the interests of its members. I am a Fellow of the Institute of Directors. I live in a small community in the Isle of Man and our local Co-op makes a real positive difference to the village particularly older residents who may find travelling difficult.
